New Delhi, 26 January — On the occasion of India’s 76th Republic Day, a Free Integrated Health Camp was successfully organised by Sarbojanin Puja Samity, Palam, in association with Zakia Al Mu’een Foundation (ZAM) and reputed healthcare partners including Rotary Club, AIIMS, Apollo Hospital, Bio City Lab, Lenskart, and Clove Dental.
The programme began with flag hoisting by the Chief Guest, Hon’ble MLA Shri Kuldeep Solanki, followed by the National Anthem, reflecting the spirit of service, unity, and nation-building.
The camp was open to all and served orphanage children, women, senior citizens, youth, and local residents, providing free and accessible healthcare services such as:
General health screening and consultations
Eye check-ups and vision testing by Lenskart
Dental check-ups and oral health awareness by Clove Dental
Preventive health guidance and counselling
A key highlight of the camp was ZAM’s distinctive “Nari Jaanch (Nari Reading)” initiative, a non-invasive, equipment-free health assessment method rooted in Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha).
Through reading the Nari (pulse), trained practitioners assess internal imbalances and possible health concerns without the use of blood tests, machines, or laboratory equipment.
Based on this reading, individuals were guided with personalised recommendations, including:
Ayurvedic medicines
Yoga and breathing practices
Diet and lifestyle guidance
Simple home remedies
Practitioners shared that this traditional diagnostic approach has shown high levels of observational accuracy in identifying health imbalances, particularly for preventive care and early intervention, and is appreciated for being safe, inclusive, and accessible to all.
Adding to the humanitarian spirit of the event, a Blood Donation Camp was organised by Rotary Club, witnessing enthusiastic participation from community members who came forward to support lifesaving causes.
Hon’ble MLA Shri Kuldeep Solanki also participated in the health assessments and appreciated the holistic approach of the camp, describing it as people-centric, preventive, and highly beneficial, especially for communities with limited access to regular healthcare.
Representatives of Zakia Al Mu’een Foundation (ZAM) highlighted that the Foundation has been consistently working in the fields of:
Women and child rights
Preventive and holistic healthcare
Mental health awareness
Digital and cyber safety education
Voter rights and civic awareness
Hygiene, nutrition, and community wellbeing
ZAM continues to collaborate with medical institutions, traditional health practitioners, volunteers, and civic bodies to ensure inclusive, affordable, and dignity-based healthcare access.
The organisers expressed sincere gratitude to all doctors, healthcare partners, volunteers, donors, and community members whose collective efforts made the Republic Day Health Camp a meaningful success.
