In an other Valient act of the Police of N&M Andaman in saving the animals, PS Rangat under the supervision of the SHO Shri Pankaj Kumar Pandey, had apprehended 11 Bovines from the clutches of animal traffickers and finally 07 Nos of hapeless and Voiceless Bovines reached the CAAS Shelter at Hasmatabad on 12.07.23, complying to the Honable CJM Court (N&MA) order and was taken over by Mrs Zarina Nikhat, President of the NGO.
The police, under the supervision of SP (N&MA) Smt. Geetanjali, has been demonstrating exemplary devotion in safe guarding the priceless life of these innocent Cattles, that otherwise would have gone to the hands of butchers at Port.Blair, says Dr P.M.Murali, Animal Activist.
The prompt action of the Police personals of Rangat has provided these innocents a new lease of life. Hats off to them and especially to the SP(N&MA) the SHO and Shri Deva Raju (SI) for their tireless efforts to keep them safe all these days and to provide them a Haven.
